摘要:
PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate which is capable of being drawn in a high ratio of height/bore, with high heat resistance and impact proofness after molding by providing a primer layer containing a heat-resistant resin and a fluororesin, each having an imide bond in a molecular chain, on one surface of a metal substrate. CONSTITUTION: A laminate 1 is composed of a metal substrate 2, a primer layer 3 provided on the surface of the metal substrate and an overcoat layer 4 formed on the primer layer. The primer layer 3 is composed of a composition containing a heat-resistant resin and a fluororesin, each having an imide bond in a molecular chain, or, additionally an epoxy resin. A top coat layer 4 is formed of the fluororesin. An anchorage boundary 5 is present between the primer layer 3 and the top coat layer 4. A foundation layer and a top layer which is continuous to the former and an anchorage structure present between both are molded all at once by forming a film of fluororesin particles and curing a precursor polymer simultaneously.
