PURPOSE:To reduce vibrations, to make the speed of a rotation high and to increase an output torque by a method wherein a rise in the energization of an armature coil is made fast, all salient poles for a rotor are made to contribute to the output torque without suspension and a device having an output torque characteristic compensating the U-shaped part of a ripple torque is added. CONSTITUTION:Three-phase armature coils are wound on slots 17a to 17f in a fixed armature 16, an attraction force is generated simultaneously at salient poles 1a, 1b for a rotor 1, and the generation of vibrations is suppressed. In addition, a diode and a capacitor are installed additionally, the current of the armature coils drops suddenly, or it is made to rise, and an output increases. In addition, an electric current is supplied to the individual armature coils at a point of time when the salient poles 1a, 1b intrude into magnetic poles 16a to 16f for the fixed armature 16 or a little before the point of time, and the energization is adjusted by taking into consideration the rotational speed, the efficiency and the output torque of the motor. In addition, a motor to which a three-phase half-wave energization whose phase is shifted by an odd integral of 60 deg.C (electrical angel) is supplied is installed in common to a shaft 5, and a composite torque curve is flattened.
