PURPOSE: To prevent fragments from being scattered, in an air bag development door structure having invisible seams. CONSTITUTION: A foam recess 38 is provided along hinging sides 30, 32 of respective deployment door panels 26, 28, the deployment door panels 26, 28 can perform hinging movement by ready compression of foam 24A in the foam recess 38. Accordingly, while the deployment doors 26, 28 are opened, the deployment doors are not pressed outward even under the low temperatures. When the foam 24A in the foam recess 38 is compressed, the front surface material 22 and the foam 24A are prevented from being crushed and scattered.
