摘要：
PURPOSE:To carry out differential diagnosis by a simple operation in high accuracy by fractionally determining alpha-amylase isozyme activity from a measured value of a specific alpha-amylase activity. CONSTITUTION:alpha-Amylase isozyme activity is fractionally determined from a measured value of alpha-amylase activity obtained by reacting a substrate for measuring an alpha-amylase activity such as maltooligosaccharide with a specimen and a measured value of an alpha-amylase activity obtained by reacting the same substrate and specimen in the presence of an inhibitor such as 6 - deoxymaltooligosaccharide of the formula having different inhibition coefficients to two kinds of alpha-amylase isozymes.
