摘要:
PURPOSE:To reduce a working man-hour and the number of parts by forming plural connecting tubes projecting on a flat plate, rounding the flat plate, joining both its edges and forming a conical shunt part. CONSTITUTION:The flat plate is deep-drawn at a prescribed pitch to form connecting tubes 13. Then, the nearly trapezoidal flat plate is cut along a cutting line 18 so that a line of connecting tubes 13 are arranged in the center of the flat plate. The flat plate 11a is curved nearly conically and the butted parts 15 are welded to make the shunt part 12. End plats 16, 17 are mounted on both end parts of the shunt part 12. An inflow tube 14 is set to a large diameter end part 17 of the shunt part 12 to make a refrigerant shunt device. Since the flat plate is rounded to form the shunt part 12, a semi-circular tapered inserting member is not required. The refrigerant having a two phase state of gas and liquid can be shunted uniformly, the shunt device can be miniaturized, lightened and manufactured at a low cost.
