PURPOSE:To eliminate the mutual errors in inner electrode patterns thereby diminishing the scattering in static capacity by a method wherein multiple patterns are printed using only one stencil to form inner electrode patterns. CONSTITUTION:Pattern groups in the same arrangement comprising the first row A patterns and the second row B patterns shifted by half-pitch are printed on a dielectric greensheet for the arrangement. Next, the pattern groups are alternately shifted by odd row to be stamped and successively laminated. Furthermore, the pattern groups are pressure-fixed to be cut down vertically and holizontally into small pieces at specified positions for baking process; both end parts are coated with conductive paste and baked to form outer electrodes; and then the title capacitor is manufactured. Through these procedures, the mutual errors in inner electrode patterns can be eliminated by forming the inner electrode patterns using only one stencil.
