    • PURPOSE:To obtain the method of manufacture of a laminated body, on which at least one of the longitudinal direction and the widthwise direction of a conductive material film (conductive film) 13 can be formed almost uniformly ranging from the upper layer part to the lower layer part. CONSTITUTION:The sheet 12 of the part, which is positioned at least on the side of one direction of the longitudinal direction or widthwise direction and also on the side where the conductive film 13 is not overlapped, is formed in advance by increasing the thickness in the amount of thickness of the conductive film 13. The conductive film 13 is superposed on the sheet 12, and after a plurality of sheets 12, on which the conductive film 13 is superposed, have been laminated, pressure is applied on them in layer direction, and a laminated body 15 is formed. As a result, the length in the above-mentioned direction of the conductive film 13 is almost made uniform. If a laminated capacitor is formed using the laminated body 15, electrostatic capacitance larger than the conventional one can be obtained, and a laminated capacitor having high capacitance accuracy can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To save the manhours of inspection and realize the automation of inspection, by forming markers reaching the edge of each green sheet, and judging the lamination deviation of green sheets by checking whether deviation of the markers exists on the side surfaces of a laminated body. CONSTITUTION:Inner electrode patterns 2a, 2b are printed on the main surfaces of ceramic green sheets 1a, 1b, and at the same time, markers 3a, 3b reaching the edges of the sheets 1a, 1b are formed. Lamination deviation of the sheets 1a, 1b is judged by checking whether deviation of the markers 3a, 3b exists on the side surfaces 13, 14 of a laminated body (bar) 8 of the sheets 1a, 1b. When the lamination deviation does not exist, the markers 3a, 3b appearing on the side surfaces 13, 14 are aligned in the vertical direction. When the deviation exists, the markers 3a, 3b appearing on the side surfaces 13, 14 are shifted in the horizontal direction, so that the lamination deviation can be detected. Thereby the manhours of inspection can be saved, and the inspection of the bar stage is enabled by using a simple pattern of line deviation. Hence the application to automatic inspection becomes possible and the automation of inspection is realized.
