摘要： PURPOSE: To enable a large number of unit sheets to be stacked together without producing defectives by a method wherein a prescribed number of unit sheets are successively stacked and bonded together by thermocompression, and another prescribed number of unit sheets are successively stacked on the above bonded sheets and bonded together by thermocompression, and this procedure is repeated a required number of times. CONSTITUTION: 30 unit sheets St2 , are successively stacked on a pallet 17 and bonded together by thermocompression. Thereafter, 30 unit sheets St2 , unit sheets Sk , and unit streets St4 are successively stacked and bonded together by thermocompression, and this procedure is repeated three times, whereby a sheet laminate composed of 120 unit sheets Sk is obtained. The lamination and thermocompression bonding of unit sheets are successively repeated, whereby the street laminate is kept almost free from pressure strain and deviation at thermocompression bonding. By this setup, an excellent sheet laminate quite free from cracking, delamination or the like can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suck and hold a green sheet positively while preventing the damage of the edge of a cutter by installing the cutter to a sucking-chucking section vertically movably while downward elastic force is energized to said cutter. CONSTITUTION:When a cutting sucking device is lowered from the upper section of a carrier belt 8, the nose of a cutter 17 is abutted against a green sheet 2 placed onto said belt 8, and the green sheet 2 is cut to a specified shape. The elastic force of springs 21 absorbs reaction received from the carrier belt 8 at that time, and only a chuck section 12 is pushed down against elastic force. Consequently, the sucking surface 14 of the sucking chuck section 12 is brought into contact approximately with the green sheet 2 cut off by the cutter 17. The sucking chuck section 12 is brought to negative pressure, thus sucking and holding the cut-off green sheet 2 to the sucking surface 14. Accordingly, the green sheet can be cut and sucked positively, thus allowing the execution of a smooth process and the improvement of the quality of a product.

摘要： PURPOSE:To save the manhours of inspection and realize the automation of inspection, by forming markers reaching the edge of each green sheet, and judging the lamination deviation of green sheets by checking whether deviation of the markers exists on the side surfaces of a laminated body. CONSTITUTION:Inner electrode patterns 2a, 2b are printed on the main surfaces of ceramic green sheets 1a, 1b, and at the same time, markers 3a, 3b reaching the edges of the sheets 1a, 1b are formed. Lamination deviation of the sheets 1a, 1b is judged by checking whether deviation of the markers 3a, 3b exists on the side surfaces 13, 14 of a laminated body (bar) 8 of the sheets 1a, 1b. When the lamination deviation does not exist, the markers 3a, 3b appearing on the side surfaces 13, 14 are aligned in the vertical direction. When the deviation exists, the markers 3a, 3b appearing on the side surfaces 13, 14 are shifted in the horizontal direction, so that the lamination deviation can be detected. Thereby the manhours of inspection can be saved, and the inspection of the bar stage is enabled by using a simple pattern of line deviation. Hence the application to automatic inspection becomes possible and the automation of inspection is realized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the mutual errors in inner electrode patterns thereby diminishing the scattering in static capacity by a method wherein multiple patterns are printed using only one stencil to form inner electrode patterns. CONSTITUTION:Pattern groups in the same arrangement comprising the first row A patterns and the second row B patterns shifted by half-pitch are printed on a dielectric greensheet for the arrangement. Next, the pattern groups are alternately shifted by odd row to be stamped and successively laminated. Furthermore, the pattern groups are pressure-fixed to be cut down vertically and holizontally into small pieces at specified positions for baking process; both end parts are coated with conductive paste and baked to form outer electrodes; and then the title capacitor is manufactured. Through these procedures, the mutual errors in inner electrode patterns can be eliminated by forming the inner electrode patterns using only one stencil.
