摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetoresistive element which can be written in a manner of spin injection at low resistance. SOLUTION: Crystallization on the side of a tunnel barrier layer is promoted by forming a crystallization promoting film which promotes crystallization in contact with an interfacial magnetic film having an amorphous structure to match the tunnel barrier layer and the interfacial magnetic layer.
