To provide a life monitor device capable of generating and providing more total information regarding a user's life based on an amount regarding a plurality of life related items including a user's meal.SOLUTION: A life monitor device includes: a meal related amount determination means for determining meal related amount including the amount regarding a user's chewing from an output of a myoelectric sensor on a user's head unit; a total activity amount related amount determination means for determining one or both of sleep related amount including the amount regarding the user's sleeping and/or waking up as well as motion related amount including the amount regarding the user's number of steps and/or activity intensity from an output of activity amount meter attached on the user; and a feedback means for generating or selectively providing one or both of information regarding life related to the user's diet and sleep and information regarding life related to the user's diet and exercise based on the determined meal related amount, the determined sleep related amount and/or exercise related amount.
