To provide a film product manufacturing apparatus that enables a cutting residual part to be removed by reliably separating the cutting residual part from a film product.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus includes: a cutting processing part that divides an inside of a surface of an optical film rolled-material 1 into a cutting residual part 8 having a plurality of longitudinal bands 81 extended in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of lateral bands 82 extended in a short direction, and a film product 9 surrounded by the longitudinal bands 81 and the lateral bands 82; and a removal part that removes the cutting residual part 8 by pulling out the cutting residual part 8 and separating the cutting residual part from the film product 9. The removal part has a separation member 71 for separating the cutting residual part 8 and the film product 9. The separation member 71 has a presser part 41 that is arranged corresponding to each of the plurality of film products 9 and that holds a surface of the film product 9, and a non-presser part 42 that is arranged corresponding to each of the longitudinal bands 81 of the cutting residual part 8 and that does not hold surfaces of the longitudinal bands 81 of the cutting residual part 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
