To provide an urethane forming composition contributing to forming polyurethane capable of suppressing cure shrinkage even when using an organic metal catalyst, excellent in curability and moldability, wrinkle-free, smooth and excellent in appearance, and polyurethane using the same.SOLUTION: An urethane forming composition (F) includes a polyol (A), an isocyanate compound (B), a triazole derivative (C) and an urethanization catalyst (D) including a metal component. The content of the triazole derivative (C) in the urethane forming composition (G) is 0.1 mass% or more and 3.0 mass% or less; the content of the urethanization catalyst (D) is 0.5 mass% or less; and the molar ratio of the triazole derivative (C)/the urethanization catalyst (D) including the metal component is 7 times or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
