To prevent a refrigerant flow rate from being varied by an arrangement position of a leg of a vibration control spring.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an expansion valve 11 comprising: a valve main body 12 which includes a valve chamber 13 communicating to an inflow path 21 and an outflow path 22 for a refrigerant; a valve body 15 which is moved back and forth with respect to a valve seat 14 to change a refrigerant flow rate; an energizing member 17 which energizes the valve body toward the valve seat; an actuation rod 19 which moves the valve body in a valve opening direction against an energizing force by the energizing member; a drive unit 24 which drives the actuation rod; and a vibration control spring 31 which suppresses vibration of the valve body by moving together with the valve body as the valve body is moved back and forth. The vibration control spring includes: a fixing base part 33 which fixes the vibration control spring to the valve body; and a plurality of legs 34 each of which has elasticity and whose proximal ends are supported by the fixing base part and the distal ends are abutted to a valve chamber inner wall surface 13a so as to be slid. A guide groove 41 which allows the vibration control spring to be moved by extending in a moving direction of the vibration control spring as the valve body is moved back and forth, and meanwhile blocks rotation of the vibration control spring by being engaged with at least one leg 34a among the plurality of legs is provided on the valve chamber inner wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
