To provide a granule processing device and a granule processing method, capable of suitably removing moisture from granules of a resin material or the like.SOLUTION: A dew-point meter 51 detecting a dew-point temperature, i.e., a value corresponding to an amount of moisture contained in gas flowing into an adsorber 31, is disposed in a delivery pipeline 27 disposed between a blower 21 and the adsorber 31 of an adsorption part 22. A controller 52 of a granule processing device 1 controls the action of a regeneration gas blower 37 when the dew-point temperature detected by the dew-point meter 51 rises, so as to increase the amount of the regeneration gas stream delivered by the regeneration gas blower 37, thereby to increase the regeneration capacity of the adsorption part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
