Passage switching section 28, the inert gas flow channel system 6, at least, a state where the inert gas source 25 is in communication with both the high-temperature heat storage unit 17 and the low-temperature heat storage unit 18, an inert gas source 25 is a high temperature heat storage in a state where both are cut off from the part 17 and the low temperature heat storage section 18 can be switched.
