Fitted to the solar cell panel, and a support plate fixed and for permitting integration of the solar panels on top of the roof of a building (10) is disclosed. The support plate (10) includes a waterproof longitudinal overlap means (12), the lateral interlocking means waterproof for cooperating with an adjacent plate (14), an elevated support plate of (10) and a plurality of positioning blocks (36). Further, the support plate (10) has a central portion that forms the front (64) designed to be disposed facing the solar cell panel, a back (66) and a cover defined by (62), cover (62) is characterized by having a solar panel, a mouth (78) to allow recovery of the intervening air between the front (64) of the cover (62).
