PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt pull-out device that facilitates pull-out of an anchor bolt sleeve in a simple configuration using a second class lever principle, concerning a cone nut type anchor bolt.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt pull-out device includes: a rod-shaped body 2 having a lever part 2a gripped by a user and serving as a power point at one end; a first arm part 3 turnably pivoted by the rod-shaped body 2 in the other end side of the rod-shaped body 2 serving as the fulcrum; and a second arm part 6 turnably pivoted to the rod-shaped body 2 in the same direction as the first arm part 3 and serving as a working point between the power point and the fulcrum. The anchor bolt pull-out device is characterized by having a contact-surface part 3b contacting with a base 30 at an open end of the first arm part 3, and being arranged with two engaging projections 6d that can be engaged from the internal side of a sleeve 53 in two opposed slits 53a provided to the sleeves 53 at an open end of the second arm part 6.
