When a conference ends, only the note data are transferred from the mobile terminal 10 to the management server, and the note data are deleted from the mobile terminal 10. When the conference ends, the management server combines the conference material 20 and the note data to create a combined material, stores the combined material in a predetermined storage place and notifies the mobile terminal 10 of the storage place. The user transmits an electronic mail in which the storage place is described, from the mobile terminal 10 to any arbitrary mail address.
