PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective screen which inhibits oxidization of a reflective layer, reducing the chances of the reflective layer becoming separated from a lens layer thereby, and to provide a video image display system having the same.SOLUTION: A reflective screen 10 visibly displays video images by reflecting video image light projected from an image source LS, and includes: a lens layer 13 comprising a Fresnel lens made up of a plurality of arrayed unit lenses 131, each of which has a lens surface 131a and a non-lens surface 131b and is convex on the back side; a reflective layer 12 comprising a metallic film or metallic particles formed at least on each lens surface 131a of the lens layer 13 to reflect light; and a protective layer 11 which is provided on the reflective layer 12 on a side opposite the image source side and contains an antioxidant.
