PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure cooking system for business capable of performing pressure cooking, a cooking device and a cooking container for use in it.SOLUTION: A pressure cooking system includes: a plurality of cooking devices and a cooking container transport device 9. The cooking device includes: (I) a pressure device having a steam introduction passage, channel resistance control means for controlling the channel resistance of the steam introduction passage, and a pressure reservoir chamber having a steam outlet; (II) heating means 4a-4e; and (III) moving devices 6a-6e for moving the pressure device between a descending position in which the steam introduction passage is communicated with a steam jet port provided in a lid of the cooking container and an ascending position in which they are not communicated with each other. A cooking device and a cooking container are used in the system.
