PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink that is capable of recording an image at high levels in both light resistance and color development.SOLUTION: An ink contains a first colorant and a second colorant. The first colorant is a compound represented by general formula (I), the second colorant is C. I. direct yellow 132, and the content of the first colorant (mass%) with reference to the total mass of ink, is 0.7 to 3.0 times larger in a mass ratio relative to the content of the second colorant (mass%).
