PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box shaped container that can prevent difficulties in withdrawing specific articles from an in-wall housing portion and stabilize a condition of housing the specific articles in the in-wall housing portion.SOLUTION: A box shaped container is provided with: an in-wall housing portion 11 that is formed by expanding a part of an inner face of a long-side lateral wall portion 8 and can house an approximately plate refrigerant 5; and a supporting wall portion 12 that supports surfaces of an internal side of a container for the refrigerant 5 housed in the in-wall housing portion 11 and regulates displacement to the internal side of the container. The supporting wall portion 12 comprises: a left supporting wall portion 13 capable of supporting the left side of the refrigerant 5; and a right supporting wall portion 14 capable of supporting the right side of the refrigerant 5. The left supporting wall portion 13 is formed to be higher than the right supporting wall portion 14 and the left supporting wall portion 13 is formed to be equal in height to an upper end of the refrigerant 5 housed in the in-wall housing portion 11.
