PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve balancing of a twisted cable relative to earth and suppress the transmission of common mode noise flowing on the twisted cable.SOLUTION: A noise filter includes: a twist holding member 2 having at least two or more through holes 4a, 4b through which a core wire of a twisted cable 5 is inserted, and formed of a plate-like insulator; and an annular magnetic member 3 that is formed of an annular magnetic material and can be fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the twist holding member 2.
