PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston type concrete pump having an oil supply passage to supply a pressure oil from a hydraulic pump to a drive cylinder, in which part of the pressure oil flows certainly into an accumulator when a peak pressure is generated in the oil supply passage.SOLUTION: Between an accumulator 93 and an oil supply passage 6, a restricting means 92 is installed. The restricting means 92 hinders a working oil in the accumulator 93 from flowing into the oil supply passage 6, which prevents inside the accumulator 93 from being filled with the pressure oil before the peak pressure is generated.
