PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotor from being reversely driven in synchronism with disconnection of energization of a motor current while permitting rotation of the rotor during energization of the motor current.SOLUTION: A motor M1 includes: a stator 2 fixed to a case 1; a rotor 3 which is disposed to the stator 2 via a gap and rotatably driven by supplying a motor current to a stator coil 22; and a rotor rotation restraining structure 4. The rotor 3 is provided with the rotor rotation restraining structure 4, disconnection of energization of the motor current is used as a trigger to restrain rotation of the rotor 3 by being fixed to the case 1, and energization of the motor current is used as a trigger to release rotor fixing to the case 1.
