PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer cutter which can mix a target material staying around the mixer cutter without causing a viscous material move upward, even when a mixer of a volume larger than an object amount is used.SOLUTION: A mixer cutter (2) is to be disposed at a bottom (10) of a mixer container (1). The mixer cutter (2) includes a rotary axis (3), an axis support (4) and a blade (5). At the rotary axis (3), a blade fixer (30) is provided to fix a blade center (50) of the blade (5). An upper side area (HU) of the blade fixer and a downward side area (HD) of the blade fixer are provided, making an approximately horizontal face (H) where the blade fixer (30) is present as a boundary. The blade (5) only moves the approximately horizontal face (H) and the downward side area (HD) of the fixer.
