PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition, which contains a polyolefin resin and a powder derived from biomass and has excellent affinity, and to provide a molded article, which is produced by molding the composition and has excellent mechanical properties and in which load on an environment is little even when the article is discarded.SOLUTION: The resin composition contains: a dispersant (A) prepared by copolymerizing, in the presence of a radical initiator, a copolymerizable component containing a polyolefin having number-average molecular weight of 800 to 50,000, an unsaturated (poly)carboxylic acid (anhydride) and a 6-36C α-olefin, and containing neither styrene nor styrene derivatives; a polyolefin resin (B); and a powder (C) derived from biomass.
