PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the use frequency of a wheel cover by forming an engaging protrusion to be hardly damaged in the wheel cover applicable to multiple kinds of wheels.SOLUTION: When removing the wheel cover from a wheel, force in an inner peripheral direction is applied to one end of an engaging member. The engaging member is turned (including elastic deformation) around the other end, and the engaging protrusion is turned and separated from an engaged protrusion. A center mounting part can thereby be removed from an ornament mounted hole 20, and the wheel cover can be removed from the wheel. Since the engaging protrusion is thus separated from the engaged protrusion by turning, a large load is not applied to the engaging protrusion. As a result, the engaging protrusion is hardly damaged, and the use frequency of the wheel cover can be increased.
