PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a periphery monitoring device for a working vehicle which allows an operator to easily recognize the position of the working vehicle during travel of the working vehicle.SOLUTION: While the working vehicle 1 stops, an overhead view image creation part of the periphery monitoring device creates an overhead view image using a first virtual projection plane 31. At least the outer edge of the first virtual projection plane 31 has a shape increasing a height from the ground surface with increase of a distance from the working vehicle 1. While the working vehicle 1 travels, the overhead view image creation part creates the overhead view image using a second virtual projection plane 32. At least the outer edge of the second virtual projection plane 32 has a flat shape constant in height from the ground surface.
