PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate stacking device capable of stably stacking workpieces relating to a power storage material, such an electrode plate, a separator, or an electrode plate packaged by a separator, in a laminated manner.SOLUTION: An electrode plate stacking device 100 stacks a positive electrode plate P packaged by a separator and a negative electrode plate N in a bare state on a stacking stage 420 in a laminated manner. The electrode plate stacking device 100 comprises: a rotary shaft 110 as a device body which is erected vertically at the device center; and a first transfer arm 120 and a second transfer arm 130 which are provided on a peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 110. When the positive electrode plate P packaged by the separator and the negative electrode plate N in a bare state are being held and stacked, height positions of the first transfer arm 120 and the second transfer arm 130 are controlled separately.
