PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable form to which a new function can be added without deterioration in a function of the recyclable form.SOLUTION: A recyclable form comprises: a recyclable form body 1 that has a contact surface 2 for being brought into contact with concrete to be poured, a non-contact surface 1a set parallel to the contact surface 2 and positioned on the other side of the contact surface, and a plurality of ribs 3, 4, 5 and 6 protruding to the other side of the contact surface 2 from the non-contact surface 1a and reinforcing the recyclable form body 1; a casing 7 that is housed between the ribs 5 and 5 and fixed to the side of the non-contact surface 1a; and a circuit 78 that is housed in the casing 7. The highest point of the casing 7 on the side of the non-contact surface 1a is set as high as/lower than the highest points of upper ends of the plurality of ribs 3, 4, 5 and 6.
