PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform correction control of engine torque for suppressing vehicle body vibration by gear change, even if engine torque correction amount for vehicle body vibration suppression is under the control resolution power.SOLUTION: A vehicle body vibration damping control device suppresses vibration of a vehicle body which is sprung mass of vehicle by which wheel suspension is carried out through a suspension device, based on driving force correction control. The device includes: a vibration damping driving force correction amount computing unit which computes the amount for vibration damping of driving force corrections for suppressing vehicle body vibration to contribute driving force correction control ; and a gear ratio change unit to change the gear ratio in driving force transmission system to high side is provided when the vibration damping driving force correction amount obtained by this unit is less than a set value.
