PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply the function of an electric pencil sharpener in present use and to change a part of structure and application to provide an electric ferrule repairing tool having a large economical effect without wasting resources using a metal file to repair (sharpen a ferrule) for reuse because the projecting tip of the present ferrule becomes round and thick under use and becomes unusable with a fall in measuring accuracy regarding the ferrule which is a pointed component mounted to the lower part tip of a (ferrule) pin pole to accurately collimate a measuring point in measuring work.
SOLUTION: The electric pencil sharpener presently on the market is applied to improve and change the structure of a functional part (pencil sharpening part), and the metal file is mounted and newly devised into a special instrument function (for sharpening and repairing the projecting tip of the ferrule).
