    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply the function of an electric pencil sharpener in present use and to change a part of structure and application to provide an electric ferrule repairing tool having a large economical effect without wasting resources using a metal file to repair (sharpen a ferrule) for reuse because the projecting tip of the present ferrule becomes round and thick under use and becomes unusable with a fall in measuring accuracy regarding the ferrule which is a pointed component mounted to the lower part tip of a (ferrule) pin pole to accurately collimate a measuring point in measuring work.
      SOLUTION: The electric pencil sharpener presently on the market is applied to improve and change the structure of a functional part (pencil sharpening part), and the metal file is mounted and newly devised into a special instrument function (for sharpening and repairing the projecting tip of the ferrule).

      SOLUTION: The grinding pin 30 of the grinder fittingly fixes a magnet 42 into a fitting hole 50 with a nonmagnetic body 41 interposed inside the grinding pin 30. By magnetic attraction of a magnetic circuit formed among the grinding pin 30, the grinding material 31, the nonmagnetic body 41, and the magnet 42, the grinding material 31 is surely fixed to a surface section of the grinding pin 30, and its removal is facilitated.
