SOLUTION: A sample imaging apparatus 1, provided with an image display section, obtains characteristic parameters representing characteristics of blood cells from blood cell images obtained by imaging the blood cells, determines an arrangement order of a plurality of blood cell images from the characteristic parameters respectively obtained as to the plurality of blood cell images, and displays the plurality of blood cell images in the image display section, arranged according to the arrangement order.
