PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a road maintenance vehicle utilized in snowfall time such as an anti-freezing agent spraying vehicle and a snowplow vehicle, as a recovering treating vehicle of sludge staying in a side ditch and a recovering treating vehicle of dust scattered on a road surface in time except for the snowfall time.
SOLUTION: When using the anti-freezing agent spraying vehicle as a sludge recovering treating vehicle, a sludge storage vessel 11 is removably installed in a hopper by using an inside space of its anti-freezing agent storage hopper 2, and the base end of a sludge hose 12 of installing a submerged pump 13 on the distal end is connected to and communicated with this sludge storage vessel 11, and the submerged pump 13 is operated by using an engine of the anti-freezing agent spraying vehicle, and the sludge is recovered in the sludge storage vessel 11 via the sludge hose 12. In the snowplow vehicle, this sludge treating device is preferably installed on a loading space.
