PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover attachment apparatus which can keep the distance between a pair of the cover guide boards narrow even when the body with the cover attached thereon is positioned on the upper side thereof. SOLUTION: The cover attachment apparatus presses, with its bottom board 14, the back side of the cover 17, which is guided by a pair of the guide boards 18a, 18b to the cover mounting tables 15a, 15b and is positioned thereon, onto the back side of the body 16 with adhesive thereon clamped by the clamper 6, and squeezes both sides of the body respectively with the nipping boards 12, 13 to paste the cover 17 onto the body 16. Scooping guide boards 22a, 22b hanging at a slant from the upper surface onto the cover mounting tables, which are provided respectively on the pair of the guide boards 18a, 18b, release the end of the cover out to the upper direction of the guide boards 18a, 18b along the upper surfaces of the scooping guide boards 22a, 22b when adjusting the width.
