PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine oxidation degrading of bio-fuel in a fuel property-determining device and a fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine with it.
SOLUTION: This device includes a viscosity sensor 20 for detecting viscosity of bio-fuel. Existence of oxidation degrading of fuel and a degree of oxidation degrading are determined based on viscosity detected by a viscosity sensor 20.
