PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground reinforcing material exhibiting excellent ductility, lightweight, having excellent following capability to deformation, and also having excellent strength.
SOLUTION: This ground reinforcing material is formed by mixing a 30-50 pts.mass cement and a 10-100 pts.mass fine aggregate with 100 pts.mass asphalt emulsion. The fine aggregate comprises rubber powder and sand having a grain size generally equal to that of the rubber powder. The asphalt emulsion is desirably a nonionic asphalt emulsion. Also, the suitable grain size of the rubber powder is 0.5-2.0 mm.
