PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a window member which is provided in a lid 100, from being broken. SOLUTION: A flange 106 includes a joint portion with an upper surface of a frame wall portion 64, and a main body 104 is protruded from the flange 106 toward a bottom portion 62 in a thickness direction and being positioned inside the frame wall portion 64 while being spaced away from the frame wall portion 64. A through-hole 102 is positioned while being deviated in a first direction D in which the through-hole 102 gets close to a first terminal portion 116 of the main body 104 from the center of the main body 104. The flange 106 is bonded to the frame wall portion 64 in such a way that the interval between the first terminal portion 116 to which the through-hole 102 of the main body 104 gets closer, and the joint portion 120 of the flange 106 closest to the first terminal portion 116 becomes greater than the interval between a second terminal portion 118, in a second direction D2 opposite to the first direction D1, of the main body 104 and a joint portion 122 of the flange 106 closest to the second terminal portion 118.
