PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image forming device capable of improving productivity.
SOLUTION: After winding a sheet continuously formed with images with a predetermined interval by a winding unit 112 in the state of overlapping a predetermined times, the sheets are stapled by a stapler 118 in opposite two positions. Thereafter, the stapled sheets are cut by a sheet bundle cutting device 119 in opposite two positions in the middle of the two stitched positions so as to form a bundle of sheets.
