PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for preparation of substituted aryl lactic acid containing cyclodepsipeptides.
SOLUTION: The invention relates to the new method for the preparation of substituted aryl lactic acid containing cyclodepsipeptides with 24 ring atoms, comprising addition of 4-nitrophnyl lactate to a main culture liquid of Mycelia sterilia, a fungal strain of the Agonomycetales class under an asceptic condition, continuing fermentation and extracting and purifying the culture, or adding substrates such as leucine, lactic acid, ATP, S-adenosyl-L-methionine, 4-nitrophenyl lactate, etc., to the enzymatic preparation isolated from the fungal strain to carry out an in vitro reaction.
