PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard radar device which performs transmission control on an observation signal, according to a predetermined rule so that the interferences with other radar system are surely avoided.
SOLUTION: In an onboard radar device, having a transceiving unit which transmits and receives the observation signal by a predetermined frequency band, and a priority transmitting unit which transmits a signal of priority at a frequency in the frequency band, the transceiving unit receives a signal of the priority order of other onboard radar device. When an interference, with a signal of other onboard radar device is detected, a frequency band of the observation signal which the transceiving unit transmits is shifted by a predetermined frequency.
