PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse combustion device having a member equipped with a means for leading the flow of a combustion product, at a conduit outlet.
SOLUTION: Each of conduits 30A-R formed in a circular array extends from an upstream inlet 36 to a downstream outlet 38. The device is provided with outlet and inlet end members 60, 82. The means is provided with a passage 66 passing through the member 60 and having inlet and outlet ports 68, 64. The member 60 is provided with a blocking wall part 74 between the outlet port 64 and the inlet port 68, and the wall part 74 prevents combustion gas from leaking out of the port 64 when the conduit passes through between the port 64 and port 68. The flow 70 of the combustion product 71 from the conduit passes through the passage 66 from the port 68 and flows out of the port 64. At this time, the hot combustion product comes in contact with a compressed portion 63 of a filler 54 to cause combustion of the compressed filler 63, which causes detonation, and a detonation wave 72 is sent upstream.
