PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain vitamin enriched coffee powder mixed with vitamins.
SOLUTION: The vitamin enriched coffee powder is obtained by mixing vitamins with coffee raw material powder. The coffee powder enables a drinker to visually make sure vitamin mixing by yellow rings through adjusting a mixing quantity of vitamins containing at least vitamin B
2 so as to form yellow color rings coming from the yellow color of vitamin B
2 along the inner wall of the surface of a cup at the time of extracting the coffee powder in hot water and pouring into the cup. A supplementary food for coffee drink comprising sugar solution or cream containing the vitamins is also provided. As the coffee drink enables a drinker to easily recognize the vitamins or drinking the vitamins and supplementary components due to the yellow rings, the drink can increase a desire for health promotion of the drinker and enables providing coffee powder expressing effect enabling continuous drinking.
