PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic boiling-kneading-stirring machine which is especially useful for the manufacture of a tasty custard cream of a high quality. SOLUTION: A pan (B) for housing food materials is heated by an electromagnetic induction-heater (H) which is built in and installed in an installation machine cabinet (F). At the same time, when a central shaft (25) which is vertically hung toward the pan (B) is rotated by a driving motor (22), an eccentric shaft (40) being in parallel with the central shaft (25) performs the self rotating motion in the opposite direction from the orbital motion by the engagement action of a pinion gear (43) and an internal gear (36) while performing the orbital motion around the central shaft (25) through a rotary bearing case (37) which integrally rotates with the central shaft (25). However, the eccentric shaft (40) is set to keep the halt when the central shaft (25) is rotation-driven in the opposite direction, the eccentric shaft (40) cannot perform the self rotating motion by a one-way clutch (44) even though performing the orbital motion in the same direction as the central shaft (25).
