PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a carriage by reducing a load on the carriage even though a change in height from the feeding position of the carriage to the delivery position thereof is large in a belt conveyor device and a belt conveyor system, in which the considered carriage is conveyed to a predetermined position by a conveyor belt.
SOLUTION: At least two belt driving rollers 12A, 12B, 13A, 13B and tension rollers 14A, 14B with conveyor belts 15A, 15B hung thereon are freely moved in a perpendicular direction appropriately by roller movable means 31, 41, 44.
