PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a step-in and a step-out and keep a rigid coupling between snow-board boots and a snow-board binding device. SOLUTION: This system comprises boots 714 and a binding device 712. The boots include an upper part 724, a shoe bottom part 722, a front locking part 726 and a rear locking part 728. The binding device includes a base member 740, a rear binding mechanism and a front binding mechanism. The rear binding mechanism is selectively engaged with at least one front locking part at a heel of the boot. The front binding mechanism and the front locking part restrict the boots against forward and rearward motion to the binding device and the front locking part is prevented from being released from the front binding arrangement under its incomplete state.
