PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that existing gasoline engines, diesel engines and rotary engines are improved in utilizing a volume with no basic investigation and an output is accidentally generated, an output at the same amount of fuel is slight and about an output of a fuel cell and discharges an enormous amount of CO 2 to accelerate the global warming.
