PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush of which the using bristle bundles are hard to spread at the time of usage (the durability is favorable), of which the flocking strength is high, and which has a base board wherein the using bristle bundles for a tilted flocking are planted; and to manufacture such a brush.
SOLUTION: The diameter of a using bristle bundle inserting hole 17 for the base board 11 is expanded. A die when the base board is molded is equipped with a molding protuberance 24 which corresponds with the using bristle bundle inserting hole 17. The molding protuberance 24 does not have an undercut section. The using bristle bundle 18 which is planted in the using bristle bundle inserting hole 17 is fixed under a tilted state to the base board 11.
