SOLUTION: In a washing and drying machine capable of drying the laundry by supplying hot air to a water tank 5 through a dehumidifying unit 14 during the drying operation, the dehumidifying unit 14 is composed of an air-cooling dehumidifying means 20 and a water-cooling dehumidifying means 24, each of which can be automatically and selectively operated according to ambient conditions.
